Niamh O’Mahony has a PhD on poetic appropriation in the writings of Trevor Joyce, Alan Halsey and Susan Howe from University College Cork, Ireland, where her research was supported by the Irish Research Council. She spent 2012-2013 as a Fulbright Student at Miami University, Ohio. Niamh O’Mahony published a special feature on Trevor Joyce in Jacket2 in February 2014 and has essays forthcoming on Joyce and Halsey in 2015.

She is a fundraising professional currently working as Associate Director, Trusts and Foundations at the University of Cambridge.
